In order to help support the activities of members of the Federation of Thai Industries to be efficient. and to promote good relations among members, the Board of the Federation of Thai Industries passed a resolution in 1978 to establish the Aluminum Industry Group.
Vision of Aluminium Industry Club are the leaders of the aluminum industry in Southeast Asia committed to develop the organization, innovate continuously and create additional market value, drive the economy and society, support the environment sustainability goal of the country  and level up the Thailand Aluminium Industry Club to the international level.

Organization’s activities :

1.) Promote relationships among group members, along with providing assistance and cooperation to group members.

2.) Increasing the number of Aluminum Group members. The goal is to increase the number of group members from 34 companies to 50–60 companies.

3.) Find capital from major suppliers to use as a fund. in providing academic assistance, seminars, and training to group members.

4.) Organize activities to promote relationships and expand business with provincial industry members.

5.) Organize activities to promote relationships and expand business with leading companies and leading institutions, both domestically and abroad.

6.) Organize activities, seminars, and training on academics and the development of technical, technological, and personnel capabilities for group members.

7.) Organize activities to promote communication and provide various information to the media and various institutions.
