The Economic Department of the Embassy of France in Thailand is part of the international network of the French Treasury (Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty).
Economic Department’s activities
The economic department is responsible for analyzing the Thai economic policies and the economic and financial situation. It follows the evolution of the business environment and the conditions of access to the market.
The economic department advises the ambassador on economic issues, coordinates the actors of the French business community in Thailand and promotes the establishment of a framework conducive to increased bilateral trade and investment.
