Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization or TGO, a governmental body under the supervision of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment dedicated to managing and expediting the development and implementation of Greenhouse Gas reduction projects and climate action in Thailand
Vision: Be the key agency on driving greenhouse gas mitigation in Thailand towards sustainable low-carbon economy and society.
Organization’s activities :
1. Develop and promote greenhouse gas reduction tools and mechanisms, certify the quantity of greenhouse gases, and track greenhouse gas reduction in support of national policies
2. Develop carbon business, carbon pricing instruments, and carbon market to support greenhouse gas reduction
3. Be a center of greenhouse gas information and knowledge management, and provide technical advices
4. Build capacity, knowledge, awareness and participation in climate action
5. Promote and support implementation relating to climate change
